Download GunHype
You can play GunHype right in your browser, with nothing to install. If you prefer the installed app, pick your device:
Android
Download the official installer (.apk). Because it comes straight from our website, not from the Play Store, Android may ask whether you trust the source: tap Settings → Allow from this source and install as usual.
- Tap Download the APK and open the downloaded file.
- If Android asks, tap Settings → Allow from this source, go back and tap Install.

Windows
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).
The installer does not have a Microsoft digital signature yet. The first time, Windows may show a blue protection screen (SmartScreen): click More info → Run anyway.
macOS
Mac with Apple silicon or Intel, macOS 12 or later.
The app is not notarized by Apple yet. The first time, your Mac blocks it from opening; to allow it:
- Open GunHype once. Your Mac says it could not verify the app: click Done.
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security and click Open Anyway (the button shows for about an hour after the attempt).
- Confirm with Open and enter your Mac password. From then on, it opens normally.
Linux
AppImage for Linux x86_64: make the file executable and open it.
iPhone and iPad
Open gunhype.co in Safari, tap Share (the square with an arrow pointing up) and choose Add to Home Screen. The game opens full screen, like an app.
Everyone plays together
Phone, computer and browser join the same rooms and the same queue, on the same server with the same rules. Nobody gets an edge from their device, and your account is the same on all of them.
